SSI Aerostructures has a broad range of composite and thermoplastic capabilities that its highly adaptable fabrication team employs to produce detail parts and assemblies. Vinyl ester & epoxy resins are used in conjunction with woven & stitched fabrics, carbon fiber, Kevlar, and structural cores to produce composite structures with room temperature or oven cure. SSI Aerostructures has the capability to employ closed molding technologies such as vacuum infusion and resin transfer molding to produce high quality composite structures. In addition, we have the equipment and knowledge to vacuum form thermoplastics to create complex assemblies. SSI Aerostructures composite and thermoplastic fabrication team provides solutions to our customers through creative, cost effective solutions to complex customer requirements.
